Ann offers herself in service as a conscious channel, bringing through the teachings of Vywamus and "The Teachers." Their focus is the practice of self-acceptance and helping us become aware of the true nature of reality. She offers a practical approach we can bring to everyday life. She works energetically and through the teachings. Ann has been channeling for over 8 years and brings a deep commitment to her inner work as well as her service to others.

Ann has also been actively engaged in the practice of law for over 12 years. To this endeavor she brings her commitment to a mindful way of life and an appreciation for inter-beingness to a field that is adversarial by nature.

Ann has taken the Buddhist precepts with Thich Nhat Hanh and practices vipassana meditation. She has a special connection to all things furry, feathered, hard-shelled, soft-shelled; whether two-legged, four-legged, eight-legged or those of a thousand legs. She also has a particular fondness for crystals and all members of the rock clan.
